They do not see you as a human here. You are a number that does not deserve reception. Terrible service. There is no one managing people coming in, so you are left at the mercy of their touch screen. It will fail and after 10 minutes they will accuse you of coming late and force you to reschedule and wait for an hour
The automation that kicks in from the time I schedule my appointment is fabulous. Check-in instructions by text are simple, easy to understand, and work perfectly. Wait times for scheduled appointments are never long. The phlebotomists are always kind and professional. I have blood drawn several times a year, and it is always an overall good experience.
I made a mistake and went to wrong office. I attempted to call Middletown to let them know and to see if I could still get in, but there is no option to speak to anyone, just the same garbage of “go to our website” for more information. To me, that’s horrible customer service.
I would give zero stars if i could. If you have to bring any pediatric patient for bloodwork please AVOID this place. My daughter needed a STAT order, it was not put in as STAT. Then we were told the specimen that was taken was not enough or not labeled. they also had us pay for the blood draw because my two day old daughter didn’t have an insurance card. I am truly appalled and disgusted with how this was handled. AVOID THIS PLACE.
I had a really frustrating experience at Quest today. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment with my lab orders and told the staff I could email them. I was told I couldn’t because of HIPAA, and then told my doctor also couldn’t send them electronically because “their systems don’t talk to each other.” The staff member actually directed me to go to a completely different lab down the street. To be sure, I called my doctor right there in the chair, and said I was at quest and they said you can’t send the orders to them.... read more
