Waited for just about two hours to never be seen. I was told that I was just gonna have to deal with it and that there was nothing they could do, but besides the fact that there was absolutely no no one in the office. And let’s not talk about the blood on the lobby floor.
If I could leave 0 I would ...I have been here 2 hours waiting...they close ar 11:30 ...I was a walk in ...one of the employees took me and two othe patients names down as the final walk ins ...at 10:55am another employee kicked me out and told me they were not taking any more walk ins...I told her the other employee wrote me down as the last walk in and she still said sorry no more walk ins...I am so upset. ...I had to take this test today for a clinic ...very important that it's done today.. If I could make it 0 stars I would. I’ve never had an issue at any other quest before in my life. My dr sent the tests over 4x 2 digitally and 2 fax they still didn’t get it. I go out of my way to get the lab order paper and then that’s not enough for them to test me. I will be sure to never go back to this location. 2 appointments in 2 weeks and 0 help.
I have severe lung issues and on Friday they couldn't seem to find the order my doctor sent over although I could see it in my chart. It took me all I had to drive over there once course the doctor's office was closed so I had to remain sick throughout the entire weekend. This time I went to Old Saybrook and thank God the girl found it and she was very nice. I also had a friend that went to Colchester the other day same thing that couldn't find her paperwork either.
