If could select a negative star I would. I arrived at 2:15 as a walk in. Checked in. The girl working came out and told she was the only one working there had three others ahead of me and told me she wouldn’t take me and was closing early. The check-in process and the lack of staff for people arriving is extremely inconsiderate. There were two tablets for check-in in the office arrived at, and having been through this process before I was prepared with my code and information. This day, the tablets were slow. When I pressed a button, it took 20-25 seconds for the tablet to respond. I watched another patient struggle with the other one, and when we compared notes, they were behaving the same. It was my best experience ever, had an appointment for 8:10, checked in in my phone at 8am, walked in then our and they called me right in, the lady who drew my blood was very efficient and I was walking out the door at 8:06!
Quick and easy. I made an appointment a few days prior (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), checked in when I arrived and when my time came, I waited a few minutes when was promptly called in. My appointment was done in less than 5 minutes.
