If I could give zero stars I would I had the worst experience today getting my labs. Hardly anyone in the lobby with me being next in the queue with an hour still open before they close. The lady Tracy asked everyone who had an appointment we all answer one left with another one behind me I ask if she had an appointment Tracy says I’m breaking hippa by asking her the exact same question she asked her. Staff were extremely kind and helpful, however staffing levels are extremely poor, I waited for an hour and 20 minutes after my appointment time for a simple blood draw, and seemingly there were only two employees dealing with (according to the waiting room screen) 15-20 patients per hour. Will not be returning to Quest at this point, insane that these locations aren't properly staffed, presumably some middle manager somewhere is getting a great bonus for this.
My dad was with me thru the whole process and I felt safe I was very scared and nervous as I am afraid of needles
