Middleburg hts. Office difficult to find, hours too short, as a walk in prior, sat there for long time and then told they were closing. Tried making appt. On phone with robot. All went well until I had to spell my name. Tried at least 6 times, and kept telling me the robot did not get that. I speak perfect English. What a waste of my time! Never got an appt. After two separate calls.
Very surprised to see how quickly the tests results were sent to my doctor. Great job. 🫡

Make an appointment ahead and check in on the link they send you when you arrive and you can literally be in and out in minutes! Fast, friendly, proficient tech as well! A+ P.S. And since everyone keeps saying this... FYI, white building in the back (#2), the one across from where the old Regal theater used to be. Use the side entrance instead of the back and just take the elevator up. It's down the hall.
