I had a great experience, kind and friendly staff with easy check in if you have an appointment! Was a bit hard to find but overall good!
Horrible service every time I come here. They just opened and they are already more than 30 minutes behind. Incompetent and no sense of urgency. No problem solving….”a 30 minute wait isn’t that long” is what I was told….i would recommend going somewhere else
Susan was great at drawing my blood and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. It was confusing getting to the right building and it is very outdated.
The lab technician was friendly and professional. I was taken back shortly after checking in and was in the facility for about 10 minutes. I would use again. There are no signs at the building to let you know you are in the right place or where to go once you go inside. The company needs to put signs on the front door with directions to the lab. If you go, go into building 2 and take the elevator to the 3rd floor and follow the hallway to the right to find the lab.
