I love that you can view time spots and schedule appointments online for any location. I was able to get labs done the same day my doctor ordered them, which meant I didn’t have to take any additional time off from work.

Discriminatory service. Check in was not working at all. I waited over an hour to be called while walk in patients were being called immediately. The system says appointments have priority over walk in. Not true. Everyone that was entering the office was being called in less than 15 minutes (walk in). Two patients that arrived to the office after me (walk in) told me talked with them because they should have called you. You were here before me. I did but got two unprofessional nurses that didn’t even check the system. I was ... read more
