I love the staff at this location. I have always been treated with respect and excellent customer service. I signed in this morning for my appointment and within a couple of minutes later I was called back.
Kind staff and they helped me right when I was scheduled
I only used them because they were close to work. They advertise a quick in and out visit, so I scheduled my appointment during my lunch break. I waited for almost 40 min. Just make sure you are prepared for the wait. It's not quick!!!!

I only use them because they are in network with my health plan. I had an appointment this morning at Menorah and they said they didn't have my lab orders from my doctor. I called my doctor and they said they faxed it more than 2 weeks ago. I went to my doctor's office to pick up the paper copy and brought it to the Quest on 63rd. My appointment was for 1:10. At 1:20 someone came out and said they needed to take the person ahead of me who had a 1pm appointment and it would probably be 20 minutes more and they just have 1 per... read more
