The lab tech i had was absolutely horrible. Refused to take my blood until i paid a balance and when i paid it on my phone (had receipt) she still said payment was pending in the system. She finally took my blood after she realized i wasn’t going to just get turned away. You have to really advocate for yourself to just get simple labs.
The Staff was very good and they got my blood at first attempt. They were patient because your automated system is a disaster. I checked in for at 9:20-25 am I was given a 10:40 appt.i understand people were ahead of me that was not the problem. The problem is I received an appt for 10:40 so I waited. Someone who arrived at 9:30 am was given a 10:30 appt. Someone who arrived at 10 am was given a 10:50 am appt but they also were taken ahead of me.
