Terrible, terrible, terrible. Worst customer service nobody there to help assist when kiosk is not working … a man heard me asking for help, and proceeded to close the door in my face when he got tired of me knocking on the door for assistance. He sat in the back and watched videos on his phone ! Not sure if it was a movie, social media or what. Super unprofessional and disgusting.. Ingrid was amazing! She took my blood like in less than a minute!! She was busy, by herself but very organized and efficient. I’ll recommend this place.
Friendly staff. Overall on time. However, after 2 visits to lab quest and not getting a simple blood work completed very disappointed. First time was my PCP offices fault for not sending proper paperwork. Second time, it was the labs fault. Supposedly blood hemolyzed and couldn’t be sent. Tried to call and find out issue but answering service goes in circles. After 3 tries gave up and going back to doctors office. (Four total visits, fasting and all appointments near noon to complete a simple annual check up, totally disgust... read more
Service is good but absolutely no way to speak to a person on the phone with an important question. I have to drive there to speak to a person about weather they received a Rx from my doctor.
