Arrived for appt on time. Check in process skipped my insurance information but I caught it. Others had been waiting for awhile. One woman was suprised that she needed an appt. when we discussed back up time with tech who came to get me. Her Dr's office said she did not need to schedule a time. However, wait time for those without appt. is unacceptable. Tech handled questions in professional manner.
