Mrs Anita was the bomb! She was so helpful and saved me some money since I was paying out of pocket and the wait time was minimal. Overall a great experience
Please avoid going here. Some of the most rudest people I have ever met in my life. Very unprofessional. Ashley the black girl with glasses is very horrible
Daphne was the best phlebotomist I’ve ever seen. She said she would find the vein on the first shot and leave no bruises and she definitely succeeded. Easiest blood draw I’ve ever had.
I had a hassle-free and most pleasant experience at the Elvis Presley location. Crystal was personable and very knowledgeable about the test I was scheduled for and other tests that I was interested in taking. Everyone greeted me and made me feel at ease. Admittedly I was a little hesitant about going to that facility due to the not so encouraging reviews for that location. However that was not my experience at all. Crystal definitely gave me a five-star experience at the Elvis Presley location!
I was worried to come to this location as a result of the negative reviews, however they were the only Quest that had an open appointment for drug testing. My experience was hassle free and wonderful. There were many technicians and they served myself and about 5 other clients very quickly. I wish I got my technicians name, but she was very friendly and had light blue highlights in her hair :)
