I had a very disappointing experience at Quest Diagnostics mechanicsburg on 10/22/25. The staff member wearing glasses was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I arrived earlier than my appointment time, and there was no one in the waiting area. I politely asked if I could have my blood drawn earlier since my baby was sick and I didn’t have a sitter, but she rolled her eyes and told me to wait. Lost test results causing re-testing to be done. Costing more time and money which held up treatment for my son. Some employees (not all of them) were rude when I told them I just needed to drop off tests.
