My account showed a balance due and I have never had that happen before. I questioned the technician about why and another technician came in YELLING at me that they just do what the computer says and they can refuse service and I can leave. I asked her not to raise her voice at me and she said I started it. I told her that her behavior was unprofessional and I wanted contact info for a supervisor. I had a fabulous experience at this Quest location this morning. There were quite a lot of people in the waiting room when I arrived but I they worked through everyone quickly. The phlebotomist was great at taking my blood, I barely felt a thing. I do recommend making an appointment (I didn’t realize you could), but I definitely recommend this location!
