Lost test results causing re-testing to be done. Costing more time and money which held up treatment for my son. Some employees (not all of them) were rude when I told them I just needed to drop off tests.
No wait time and the technician is good at what she is doing and pleasant. Good service!
I was thoroughly unimpressed by the technicians at this place. I took my grandson for lab work, was asked to forward - PDF only - the lab orders that his dr had said had been sent. Despite the gray hair and creaky bones, I was not offered a seat when told I needed to accompany my grandson to the room. I sat on the floor after several minutes of standing.
