November 2025 - Quest in McMurray is amazing! Phlebotomist was professional with excellent skills. Facility was clean. I was seen quickly and the best part - the result were back the next day which was Thanksgiving Day! My results were normal and it was so nice to go into Thanksgiving weekend knowing that. The lady that extracted my blood was excellent and I didn't even feel the needle, plus she was very kind and caring.
Very frustrating to have to schedule an appointment for picking up 24 hour urine testing supplies. This was not explained. The kiosk is confusing and led me to schedule and then return. The door was covered with paper and there was no one to ask questions of. I found myself helping other patients with checking in!! That said, once in the door, the lab staff person, Joy, was wonderful and provided tips for my return trip.

We had appointments at 9 but they took us early and we were able to wait in the car and get a text when they were ready for us. I'm a hard stick but the phlebotomist was very skilled and got my blood without any pain or issues. This place is busy but the staff seem to know how to keep everything moving and get people in and out. Highly recommend this location.
