This location is very convenient. You can get in and out easily. The techs are great at their job.
The woman who handled my appointment was SO efficient and kind. Exactly what I needed.
I was done with my appointment in less than 10 minutes. Chelsea was very friendly and nice. Would recommend this location!
Super slow. The techs always say there's "only just me in the building" then proceed to make you wait really long times and basically hide in the back even when patients aren't back there, refusing to take walk-ins on purpose. Even when I make appointments at this location I can't get service on time. Staff is rude and overworked apparently. They complain about Quest itself every time I've been here.
I've used this place for years and have never had a problem. Just had blood drawn again yesterday. They took me a few minutes ahead of my scheduled time, the woman was very nice and very quick. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
