Tech was very nice and answered any questions I had. Best of all she gave a good needle didn’t feel it
The Tech that took my blood was amazing! I barely felt the stick and the blood draw was over before I realized.
The phlebotomist was wonderful, respectful and professional. The new policies on adding results to my list of physicians is ridiculous. How long does it take to add some doctor information and notification to the file? If I bring lab sheets for all my doctors, they limit those as well. Why should I return multiple days to be stuck on already poor veins? The bathroom was disgusting. No trash can. No running water or soap. Completely unacceptable.
Very pleased with Quest Labs the girls are very sweet , friendly and professional and the office is very clean
