Last month I had a blood test and I ended up with a 4inch bruise on my arm. Today July 6,2015 I got there at 10:25 I walked up to the desk and some women finally walked by and I opened my mouth to say I did not have an appointment but was cut off and told to sit down, four other people were in the office at that time. Today, Nov. 11th my daughter came into Quest for a drug test ( a requirement before she enters clinicals at college). She was the first in the office. A gentlemen, who came in after her, and had a 10AM appt. asked if he could be seen sooner. So, they took him in first, even thought my daughter was there before him. As my daughter is a single mother, she brought her 6 year old son (I had to work). The staff was very curt in telling her she would have to come back as she could not bring her son with her.
