do youself a favor, there's a reason why it has the lowest rating in this area. It is the closest one to me and Ive been here 3 times. But the unprofessionalism and ignorance really turn me away and I would rather and be better off to drive another 20mins more to a diff location.

ffollowed the instruction and completed the sample collection. after two days it shows my sample was lost. What a joke

I arrived at 2:02 PM as a walk-in. The woman told me no more walk-ins after 2 o’clock and to come back tomorrow. Two minutes, really?

I've never in my adult life had such an unpleasant experience drawing blood. They had to try three times, and were twisting the needle around inside trying to locate the vein.

Remarkable degree of unprofessionalism from the phlebotomist at this location. On my script from my eye car professional there was list of addresses and locations which included the word "Hospital" for an out of state location totally unrelated to my script or situation., She saw this word, handed me back my insurance information, and said "We don't do hospital". I called my doctor and confirmed this is a retina specialist... not a hospital and they 100% should be able to fill the script. The Quest representative went on to ... read more
