Checked in electronically, was taken back for my blood draw promptly and the phlebotomist did an excellent job.
My recent experience at Quest Diagnostics in Marlborough, CT was excellent. Check in was a breeze with receipt of text and a simple click registering me for my appointment. With only a few minutes wait time, I was called in and greeted kindly. My phlebotomist, Chandra, was the best I've ever encountered. I literally felt nothing the entire draw and the night of, day later, not even a dot of a bruise at the site.
I had a very upsetting experience at this location with my 2.5-year-old son. The staff member (Chandra) was rude and visibly frustrated from the beginning. This was already a stressful situation—getting blood work for a toddler—and instead of making it easier, she made it much worse. She raised her voice and did not show patience or care. It was easy to schedule an appointment online. The staff is very good about keeping to the schedule. They are knowledgeable, courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They answer any question you may have. I think the Quest I went to in Marlborough, CT. has great customer service.
Called in 30 minutes after my appointment time when no one else was being seen. The two people before me were seen and left. The employee was rude and dismissive throughout the visit. I’m a calm and respectful person and would never treat anyone in the manner I was treated. This was the worst treatment I have ever experienced. After years of going to Quest for my lab work I will never go back after this experience.
