I have had multiple bad experiences at the Marlborough quest. The customer service is awful with the phlebotomist being very negative and cold. They are not welcoming, nor do they take the time to be precise and gentle when drawing blood. I have been told by multiple nurses and doctors that I have great veins and yet they did an extremely poor job drawing my blood. My most recent visit the phlebotomist drew blood instantly after pulling the cap off, jamming it in my arm and completely missing my vein. My arm has a huge bruis... read more
I had a good experience here. I have tiny little veins and usually it’s really hard for people to get them and I hate when they have to take it out of my hands or feet instead and she got my vein in my arm immediately. I was treated with politeness and respect. I had my results through the app right away and so did my doctor. Thanks, appreciate it.

Your receptionist is so rude!!!
This was the worst visit I ever had! My 3 year old had to get blood drawn to get tested for Lyme and we got nothing but attitude. Not only did we get attitude but when it came to get the blood drawn she was very aggressive with grabbing my hands and placing them harshly on my daughters arm to keep it in place. She showed no care in making my daughter comfortable in the process at all. If this is the kind of attitude that is allowed that explains the rating of the office.
