I live in Colchester, CT but I refuse to go the the Quest in my town. They have butchered my arm every time. The fabulous ladies, Chandra and Natashia, at the Marlborough, CT location are the dream team. I have veins that roll and collapse and every single time I have seen these very experienced ladies, they have got my vein on the first attempt, no problem. Quality associates at this Quest.

I’ve used the Marlborough, Connecticut Quest Diagnostics location multiple times, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. The staff have regularly come across as dismissive, unfriendly, and at times outright rude. There seems to be very little effort made to create a welcoming or professional environment for patients. My recent experience at Quest Diagnostics in Marlborough, CT was excellent. Check in was a breeze with receipt of text and a simple click registering me for my appointment. With only a few minutes wait time, I was called in and greeted kindly. My phlebotomist, Chandra, was the best I've ever encountered. I literally felt nothing the entire draw and the night of, day later, not even a dot of a bruise at the site.
