No receptionist available, not even a way to contact a human other than waving when someone opens the door and calls out a name. Also, I scanned my QR Code and ID, screen said to sit and wait. Name never showed on queuing screen. Waited 30 minutes before I could ask someone about my appointment. Edit - update. The billed the wrong insurance I have not had for a year. They did copy my medicare and supplimental cards and collected no payment like they used to with the old insurance. Now to unravel that snafu. Never going back.

This laboratory is not commendable for me. If i will grade them, 0 is my choice.
June 5, 2026. I came to the Quest Diagnostics in Marina, CA, without appointment at 7:30 am, registered and was waiting for them to call me in. I had two orders for blood work. One was fully paid ahead of time and other would be paid through my insurance. I saw people coming in obviously for scheduled appointments which is fine.
