Called 20 times starting at 1120am, the phone was picked up and hung up immediately 4 times in a row, then it was busy for 5 minutes, now it just rings and rings, no answer. Been calling to try to make an appointment for 20 min now. Well, you just lost my business. Wtf
Tara was very efficient and personable. She both checked me in as well as drew my sample. It's nice to see someone who enjoys their job - it's becoming a rare sighting. The office decor is not on par with other Quest Labs and should be updated. Employees 5 stars, Office decor 3 stars.
Great staff. The lady at the front desk was also the now who drawn my blood. Way better experience than LabCorp in Wall and Neptune.
Heard this location is relatively new for 2018. Tara is an excellent phlebotomist. She had to do front desk duty and do her job. Kudos to her for her good attitude and work ethic.
