I had blood work done at Quest on March 20. Unfortunately, the doctor’s ordered tests were not done properly. After many calls, I returned to Quest on April 4 and explained the situation to Tabitha Torre. Thank God she followed up on everything! She sorted out all the orders, removed the charges for the bad test, called me back to repeat the test, drew blood and very carefully labeled the vial.
