Competent, friendly, staff. Little or no wait time for service. Results are available for viewing by the next day and are accompanied by explanations for the results if you need them. Would definitely recommend Quest.
Phlebotimist was exceptional. She explained everything carefully, answered my questions thoroughly, and didn't cause any discomfort when she stuck me with the needle.
For my last visit I was very pleased with the quick processing of my CMP and CBC tests. However I also had an order for a "LYMPHOCYTE SUBSET PANEL" which took Quest 3 days to update me that they did not have sufficient cells to perform this test. I rely on Quest to take samples adequately for the tests ordered and the results on this test have been a disappointment. When my hospital runs these tests I have never run into this problem.
