Excellent and professional service and phlebotomist was very skilled and patient.
My appointment was scheduled for 2:40. I arrived at 2:32, was seen immediately and was home pulling into my driveway at 2:41. The Phlebotomist, Maya, has got to be the best Phlebotomist I’ve ever had. She has drawn my blood for several years now and always gets me the first stick and I never feel it. I have always been a very difficult stick but she makes it look easy.

The office was very unorganized. When we arrived, there was no one at the counter to answer questions. We waited for about an hour with no assistance. After approximately forty minutes, my name was removed from the screen even though I was still waiting. There was no explanation or communication during this time.
