Ended up passing out in the office WHILE having my blood drawn which was very scary especially since I drove myself and don’t have any family in the area. Melvin and Michela were SO kind and professional after I went unconscious. They brought me water, ice, candy and stayed with me until I felt okay again. Their approach to patient care was compassionate and comprehensive. SO glad I passed out at this location and not another random blood drawn place.
Not a long wait, staff was friendly and quick.
