Great experience there for a blood work. I booked online, literally didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. The employee was friendly and made me comfortable (I'm not a fan of blood tests) and did it in a minute.
Disaster !!!! Employees rude ! Not organized ! No one to help !
I came straight from a doctor's appointment and didn't know I could book online, so ended up as a walk in. I had no trouble with the check-in kiosk, but nearly every other person in that waiting area was completely lost! It's unacceptable to solely use a kiosk in a setting like that Blue Hill Ave location. The patients were predominantly elderly and non English speakers.
