This is the worst place ever. Don’t even bother scheduling an appointment as you will still wait and people without appointments will still go ahead of you. There was a poor young pregnant woman waiting over 2 hours and they didn’t care. Terrible place
Have been twice. The staff member was busy and handling multiple people an tasks all at once yet stayed professional and pleasant. Wheat is lucky to have such a great representative / worker
They didn't draw enough blood, so now I have to fast another 12 hours, go back and get poked again. Isn't a basic requirement of this job knowing how much blood to draw?
Impossible to talk to a human being.
Advertise as accepting walk in but we showed up during their hours of operations and the door was closed and locked. We could hear music and voices inside but there was no response to calls or knocks on the door. Also when you call and select the operator option it has a recorded message saying use the website for appointments and hangs up!!!
