I've been to this Quest location twice. Once was for routine blood work for myself and it was fine--appointment scheduling was easy. The waiting area was clean and neat. The blood draw area was equally clean and neat and the appointment ran on time. The phlebotomist was professional and quick. My other appointment was much more challenging for the Quest employee. I always have a good experience here, but this week they get my 5-star review. Ruthie saved me $241 by noticing that my doctor had failed to provide a diagnosis code for a non-essential test, with the result that my insurance company would not pay for it. She gave me the option of omitting the test, which I did, and printed a form for me to take to my doctor that explains what happened. Ruthie is always friendly, efficient, and super-competent but this time she saved me a boatload of money too!

I have been to summer st quest lab serveral times and ive had a women named Ruthie each time she is very nice and good at her job. The last time I went in she had already left and was walking in the parking lot to her car. After telling her i needed to grab somthing she went back to open back up to help me. So thankful!
