I made an appointment and checked in on the tablet stand when I got there. I was in and out in no-time. Highly recommend making an appointment, as there were many walk-ins who were waiting even after my appointment that had gotten there before me.
Difficult to navigate, rude, dont answer the phone, "appointment only though", and they close 30 minutes earlier than their actual closing time
I went to the Quest Lab in Westborough today for the first time. I'm not going to lie I was uneasy about going there because I have heard a lot of terrible things about the place, and reviews were 😳and I realize now there were two different locations. Quest Diagnostics in Westborough MA at 154 E Main St has the worst employee (phlebotomist).he was extremely, rude, unprofessional and inappropriate. He hasn’t called me after registration, called other patients who came after me. When I ask him why others go before me , he said he called me, but never came.
