Very pleasant and efficient. I did not feel the needle stick. He was very skilled and quick. I was done almost a few seconds after sitting down.
Not a great draw this time. The needle went right through my vein and the pinch was quite painful. I bruised the size of a half dollar & the entire crease of my forearm. This is the first bad experience at this lab.
best and quickest blood drawing experience ever! i had an appointment at 7:40 am, checked in at 7:41, got called back at 7:43 am, and i was already out and sitting in my car by 7:48 am…… that’s insanely quick to the point that i couldn’t even reasonably expect them to be that fast! excellent, kind, and compassionate care provided as well - my veins are often hard to find, but the phlebotomist immediately found a vein and was so efficient that i barely had time to feel pain!
I know 100% that I have no copay or coinsurance for blood work and have verified this with Harvard Pilgrim. I pay a lot of money for a premium Harvard Pilgrim insurance plan and I do not appreciate at all the stress and hassle of being told by the Quest technician that I owe $50 for blood work and that a hold will be put on my credit card for this amount. I have had the same health insurance for many years and have used this Quest location for many years and have never been told that I owe any money or that a hold will be pu... read more
I am extremely disappointed with the delivery of the test results. I chose it because of the speed but I didn't have this experience.
