Horrible place. Run to another lab to have blood drawn!! Phlebotomist was told to use a butterfly needle due to my high anxiety when having blood drawn. My request was ignored. I have brising from the person not following my request and apparently doesn't care to do the job correctly or with any compassion. The area is still hurting. This place doesn't even care to provide service of any kind as there is nothing but a kiosk to greet you and sign you in. They should close. I will NEVER go to a Quest Diagnostic facility again!
HORRIBLE PLACE TO GET LABS BUT MY DR WANTS THEM DONE HERE FOR SOME REASON, DONT DO A WALK IN TRUST ME THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU, AND YOU CAN SET AN APPOINTMENT TIME BUT THEY STILL CALL YOU BACK LATE, LADIES ARE LAZY HERE. I WISH THERE WAS ANOTHER PLACE MY DR COULD SEND ME THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
My wife went in for some lab work ordered by her doctor. The phlebotomist did a stick, missed the vein and then started digging around trying to hit the vein. My wife now has a three inch bruise at the site several days afterwards. I am a retired rn and I can’t believe this person was adequately trained. I have known patients who’ve had permanent nerve damage from a phlebotomist digging around in the arm trying to hit a vein after they’ve initially missed it.
