Every time I come here, the staff are arriving literally as the doors open. Whether you’re walk in or not, there’s a wait. I’ve been to other quest locations that have much better time management. They take about 30 minutes a person.

I visited this location earlier today and was told my insurance was terminated. Because I’ve been with the same employer for eight years and never changed my insurance coverage, I called Blue cross blue shield in front of the technician. BCBSTX certified in front of the technician that my insurance coverage is current and active, but the technician insisted on letting me pay over 200 upfront and said it is only “a hold” on my credit card, and they always request payment upfront, which was a lie because I’ve been to this loca... read more

I will say the on line process was not easy. I went in to make an appointment and then made my appt incorrectly for the next day. So then I had to make another appt (with help because there was a “glitch”) which we finally got done with some help. Seems like it would have been more efficient to make an appt with the person sitting in front of me. But you know…technology is wonderful! Everyone there was wonderful!

I didn't catch my technician's name, but she was a consummate professional. Friendly, efficient, painless stick...What else can you ask for? I wish I would have caught her name so I could mention it here. Highly recommend!
