The facility was clean, well lit, the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very friendly.
My son Jacob has profound autism and epilepsy and he requires special care and lots of patience. They were in such a hurry to close at 2 they did not provide either. If I have any choice at all, ll take him elsewhere.

Every time I come here, the staff are arriving literally as the doors open. Whether you’re walk in or not, there’s a wait. I’ve been to other quest locations that have much better time management. They take about 30 minutes a person.
I visited this location earlier today and was told my insurance was terminated. Because I’ve been with the same employer for eight years and never changed my insurance coverage, I called Blue cross blue shield in front of the technician. BCBSTX certified in front of the technician that my insurance coverage is current and active, but the technician insisted on letting me pay over 200 upfront and said it is only “a hold” on my credit card, and they always request payment upfront, which was a lie because I’ve been to this loca... read more
