They have bad customer service
We just received bills from Quest Diagnostics from 2016!!!! We received numerous other bills from them in a timely manner but these came completely out of the blue. When my wife asked why we are receiving bills from 2 years ago they had no explanation.
I had to have a drug screen here for a second job I'm working. The staff was as rude as they could be! I want to the office in the east end of Louisville around 9:30am and they informed me that they only perform drug screenings from 1p to 3p. The guy behind the counter was helpful and referred me to the office at 1169 Eastern Parkway ste 2343 and he stated they do drug screenings all day.
