Wait time was minimal, checking in via phone is a great feature. Staff were respectful in every interaction I had and every interaction I observed. Blood sample collection was painless.
Easy, on time (10 mins early), easy to check in with the ipad. The technician who drew my blood was very skilled… I watched the needle go in but didn’t feel a thing. Everyone was friendly.
Aggressive poking causing bruise and much more bleeding (than other places) after walking out. Even when asked, they were unwilling to be gentle, saying, "Everyone does it differently." The majority of Quest staffers have been good, but not some like the one who helped me today.
First class don't waste your time going elsewhere. There's no QUESTion that QUEST IS THE B3ST
