When the office is open at 7am, it should actually be open at 7am! The last few times, the staff didn't arrive until after 7 to open the doors. Some of us actually have to get back to work too!
The person who drew my blood and handed paperwork was super quick, friendly and they caused me no pain when drawing blood which is the absolute best
