Pésimo servicio,la chica que está atendiendo muy inteloeramte con un niño de educación especial, el niño lo único que hacía era qe estaba llorando y ella le decía que ni un bebe llora así,aclaró que el niño lloraba pero no estaba grosero ni haciendo escándalo, muy mal servicio en esta oficina,e ido a otras y nada que ver...y cuando llegue a mi cita tuve que esperar 20 minutos afuera porque estaba cerrada la oficina,tocaba y nadie abrio hasta las 10:15

The front desk person has an actitud problems People like this are the one been replace by technology, we are better off talking or input information into a device the dealing with no customer service oriented people, but that came down to poor training and upper management as well, i did ask to talk to supervisor her name Irma to discuss the issue on this front desk actitud person and she said was finishing a report will come and talk to me later, to me very poor way to handle , i did wait for 25 minutes Irma (supervisor) d... read more

Came on a Friday about 3:00 with no appt. There was nobody in the waiting room. I was taken immediately and was assisted signing in by a very friendly staff. Office was clean and professional. I was out of there in 15 minutes. Amazing- Park on 28th street if you can and make the short walk to the bldg, rather than using their designated lot, to avoid parking fees
