I arrive on time I got there 10 minutes before my daughter appointment, I check in. It's was very crowded so I had to stand out side for maybe 20 to 30 minute before they called my daughter.
Was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time and phlebotomist got me on the first try and I'm a hard stick
The staff seem more interested in ONLY helping and going above and beyond for Hispanics. They weren't willing to receive a fax from my mother's doctor and claimed their fax machine was slow to receive faxes. She also wasn't willing to get a verbal order from my moms doctor. Every solution was decline because of..... I knew it was a lie and come to find out, it's a standing order and it WAS in the system. Needless to say, I won't be returning to that location.
I actually work for them. I am usually dropping off specimens for processing. An appointment is highly recommended.
