Went here on a Friday!!!! They google said it would be open til 4:30pm. I was there at 4:09pm. Started signing in my husband information.. but the lab tech who is a man!! Came out telling me he can’t to do his job cause the time!!! They had people that just walked in and he was saying ok I will take you. But on my lab work it had a sticker STAT! My nurse told me I didn’t have to sign just show this paper!!! Even though I show the paper I was still turn away!!!!!!!!
So how do you guys link the same USELESS contact number ... to the SAME POINTLESS message that doesn't help .. the is the FOURTH location with the same stupid "HELP"options ...
Went there for a blood test and was charged $400 because they didn't use my insurance information. I tried their online chat, messaging, and phone call and it's impossible to reach anyone. Terrible experience and I will avoid Quest in the future. It's not appropriate to take my money and have no way for me to talk to someone. I can contest it with my credit card but it's just so messy.
