I've always had a good experience at Quest :)
I was told the test results would be out in 24-48 hrs. As of now, it is 77 hrs and 1 result out of the 2 is still not out . When I called Ulta labs at the end of 48 hrs, someone told me it takes 2-5 days after the sample is shipped for testing at another state and samples are shipped only twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday . So if I have given sample on Monday, the test would technically be done only on next Sunday, a good 6 days later, that is ridiculous!! So much for the high charges they levy for the tests! Kylee was super nice and does her work flawlessly!
Employees were very nice and professional. My rating is based on the complication of signing in with the kiosk in the waiting room. The staff said that they were having problem with the system.
I was a walk in after seeing Aurora Denver cardiology. Saw a guy, whom didn’t speak good English, for blood draw and he was horrible. First arm dug around and couldn’t find vein. Second arm hit a nerve and that shocked down my arm so very painful. Not good experience at all. Try another lab.
