I drove around for 15 minutes at the Skyridge location and could not find parking, so I missed my appointment. I rescheduled, and the same thing happened even though I came 10 minutes early. I would have missed my second appointment if I hadn't checked in while I was running inside. Parking is terrible at this location and I would never suggest this location at skyridge hospital. I've always had a good experience at Quest :)
I was told the test results would be out in 24-48 hrs. As of now, it is 77 hrs and 1 result out of the 2 is still not out . When I called Ulta labs at the end of 48 hrs, someone told me it takes 2-5 days after the sample is shipped for testing at another state and samples are shipped only twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday . So if I have given sample on Monday, the test would technically be done only on next Sunday, a good 6 days later, that is ridiculous!! So much for the high charges they levy for the tests!
