Excellent people, time and respect
I've had a lot of blood work in my life at many different Quest and LabCorp facilities and this one by far, is the best. They go above and beyond to chase down orders that your doctor sends electronically, all while treating you kindly and respectfully. Many labs do not care why they can't locate your orders and basically tell you to deal with it on your own. They truly care about patients at this facility. Josh is an amazing phlebotomist, maybe the best I've ever worked with on getting my blood drawn. Friendly, caring, and exceptionally skilled. I had a negative experience earlier in the morning with a different phlebotomist at another location, went to Josh and he had calmed my nerves, reassured me he can handle the deep veins and did just that. Awesome, I'm so happy, blood work is potentially the most important step in the medical process, so important to have great men like this in the industry. Thank you.
