This place is a joke. Very disrespectful people working here. Went to go back with my daughter to get blood work and was told no and had a door slammed in my face. i don't think these people should be able to work for the public.
The lab technician was very professional didn't feel anything very gentle with the needle.
I’m not sure I think the lady’s name is Justine or Justina. Anyway, she had a very bad attitude. She was really rude. All she did was ask questions and then COMMAND you to do something. I even asked if she was tired you know I was trying to give her the benefit of a doubt. I asked if she was having a bad day and she said no to both answers. She was very short with her answers and very snarky. My mom and I went the same day. Update: I’m here at quest once again. I’m so glad to have Mrs.Justina as my daughter’s PSR again. It’s been 3 years since my last review, and she keeps being sweet and nice to us. Thank you . I have No complaints at all about this location. I come here every time my family need to get labs done. Mrs. Justina is very nice to my kids, she always makes a little conversation with them while drawing their blood. The location is clean, and no waiting time .
