My wait was not long, my phlebotomist was kind, gentle and friendly. She told me her name, although I can't remember it now. She didn't hurt me, it was an REMARKABLE experience. Thank you.
The staff is rude and not helpful when you can finally find a live human in the office. There is no one at the front desk to ask questions. When you call there is no one to speak to, just a recording.
