I made my 8 am appointment online which is easy and fast. Upon arrival I checked in with my code and before I could set my phone to play games while I expected to wait I was called back for my lab work. It literally took me longer to wait for the elevator than to get in and out of Quest!!! It took less time to complete my lab appointment than to do this survey!!!

This company has went down over the years.There is never anyone at the front desk,the double schedule people however also advertise and promote quicker check in and out with an appointment vs a walk in,this is false..

My appointment was at 7:50am door was open, checked in with no problem. Only waited about 2 min. I was called back before my appointment time. Staff was fast, friendly and efficient.

Had an appointment at 8am. Got here at 7:50 and had to wait for over an hour. The door was locked and no one was here. Ended up having to call a supervisor to get someone to let us in. Then they proceeded to make us wait and people who had appointments after me were getting in first. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
