Waited for almost 2 hours they never called back any patients while I was there and never had anyone at the desk. People got tired of waiting and left

Terrible service and poor customer care. The wait time is always excessively long, even when there’s no one being seen in the back. This isn’t a one-time issue—it happens every time I visit. There’s no real human interaction. If you have a question, you have to try and catch a staff member while they’re calling a patient to the back, and even then, they’re often rude and act like you’re bothering them.
