It was very easy signing into Quest . After signing in I waited for a minute. I was then welcomed by Quest employee Jeanine. She was kind, respectful and engaging. She was such a joy. Quest should hire more people like her. You can tell when someone likes their job.
It’s because of an older pinkish haired lady. I was so damn disgusted when I walked in the door and saw people talking and asked why I just rolled my eyes. I told them a short sweet story about how SHE (the pink haired lady) I was in there just two weeks ago called the insurance company on everyone else’s time. Check in system definitely needs work. If you have two orders from two different doctors you need to make two separate appointments. To get stuck twice is just cruel.
