staff is rude and getting tested here was a NIGHTMARE. between scheduling and staff i do NOT recommend quest to anyone

This place is a joke. There is one horribly rude employee. The pink-haired lady does not allow walk-ins at all, and the appointments are all at least a week out. She even scraped the business hours off the door. Extremely unprofessional, understaffed, poorly managed, and basically a useless location. Go ANYWHERE else if you have the option.
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the treatment I received at the Quest Diagnostics Lewes location. I arrived with my appointment confirmation, QPassport ID, and all required paperwork. Despite this, I was refused service and told to log in as a walk-in.
