My 1 star review isn't for the technician who work there and does the best she can, it's for quest diagnostics, who need to staff this location appropriately! 😖
Grossly understaffed, shame on Quest. The phlebotomist was excellent.
Walked in yesterday at 2:00pm. The woman working there walked out quickly and asked if I had an appointment. When I told her I did not have an appointment, she said she was not taking any walk-ins and was actually closing for the day. She told me come back tomorrow and she would take me. There was no one else in the quest diagnostics. This is not the right way to run a buissness. Also, I was wondering if the woman was on drugs or something just from the way she was acting.
The wait time for a scheduled appointment was to long. Also at first the location refused to do my lab work because your system stated I had a outstanding balance of less then 30 days for a co-pay of $15.00. Which was in the mail heading to your billing dept. Instead your company held me at the mercy of having to pay in duplicate another $15.00 so I can get my lab work done. Now once you receive my check in the mail have to wait for a overpayment refund. This is unacceptable for a $15.00 co-pay. Also to let you know i was us... read more
