I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received during my visit. As a patient, I was treated with disrespect, and even yelled at by a staff member, which was completely uncalled for. Afterward, I discovered that the issue was entirely due to a mistake made by the doctor's office. It's incredibly frustrating when patients are made to feel like the problem is their fault when it's the office's error. I highly suggest that they invest more in proper training for their staff to treat patients with respect.
