I have to be honest. I dont think I have ever read ratings for a business that were so "all over the place". I have an appointment today at noon. Im going to get there about 11:50 and check in. And I'll come back when I'm done to give Quest my rating, good or bad. Fingers crossed.
Why would you have appointments? If I have to wait 1 hour and you keep telling me to wait, while serving people that just walked in??? You wasted too much of my time and I almost missed another appointment! Will be looking for another facility and will advise all my friends to avoid this place…
Your online scheduling is very difficult to use. It took me 10 minutes of frustrated energy to find the right window. My doctor ordered my tests. WHY isn't THIS AN OPTION ON THE HOME PAGE? And why do I have to keep entering my insurance every time I schedule an appointment? Put a box to check that says NO CHANGE, I'm seriously thinking of using Labcor.
