I didn't have to wait long even though I was a walk in. The phlebotomist was very kind and professional. She was very skillful in taking blood. It didn't hurt much, and no bruising was left, which happens often for me. I hope she's there next time I need blood drawn. This last time, I had scheduled an appointment online for 2:50 PM. When I got there my appointment couldn't be found. I had to sign in as a walk in and waited 40 minutes to be seen. When I was seen, everything went perfectly smoothly. Very polite & helpful The wait wasn't very long. Very clean. I actually travel a wee bit further to specifically go to Erdman, because I trust them
Rude staff. Cold and indifferent environment.
The techs are very rude, no bedside manner or personality.
Don't bother trying to call the provided phone number - unless you'd like to be hit with automated messages giving you irrelevant information. It is absolutely impossible to get a real person on the phone
