They did not send my results to my doctor and there is no way you can get to them on the phone . So I had to do it myself , which is kind of annoying . So before you leave make sure with them that they will do it . The phlebotomist was nice !

Charlene is awesome - but everyone using google maps or waze to get here be forewarned: If you put in street address (79 Erdman Way), you're GPS will probably take you to some random building in Fitchburg. idk why, but you have to put Quest into your map and select the correct location. If you're not in heading in the plaza with the Bjs, you're going to the wrong place!
I am a phlebotomist at get labs.And we drop off our blood there.Very rude people
Always have to stay in a long line even with an appointment and the staff are not always friendly
