1-11-23. I returned some samples as requested. I informed a nurse, long dark hair, if I could give the samples to her. She said that's not how it works and left me hanging without an explanation. She did not explain with the samples, you still had to use the Kiosk. Another nurse, Kate, came out and explained the process in a kind and professional manner I will always ask for Kate if I have to use Quest again. That other nurse needs to go.
