As usual the staff at Quest was efficient, friendly and virtually painless!!!! Always an excellent experience.
I would not return to the Lawrenceville location for blood test. The staff did not greet me or acknowledge my “hello”. She sat down & just looked at me, never asking for the script from my doctor. I removed the paper from the envelope & gave them to her. She did ask what arm I wanted to have the blood drawn. She never told me when my doctor would get the results until I asked. The tech that took my blood was really experienced and did a great job . I have rolling veins and many people poke me multiple times but shimson ( apologizes if spelled wrong ) was great and got it the 1st time .
