Just got my blood drawn by the kindest women ever. Very gentle incredibly understanding. Great experience
I went yesterday and is was packed! Said that, the lady phlebotomist that attended me, went above and beyond, she was nice to the people waiting, even with the lady that didn’t make an appointment, didn’t bring her insurance id and was knocking on the door while attending someone else, as she was alone. She was efficient yet kind and honestly her kindness made my day. Thank you!!

I went in to get my yearly bloodwork. The woman who took my blood (I wish I got her name) was very patient with me while we were verifying all of my insurance information. The blood work went as it normally did, but immediately after I got very light headed and actually passed out! When I came to two woman were there, super calm, talking me through it, giving me a cold wash cloth for my head, and giving me water. They were exceptionally caring and patient with me and I'm super grateful for them
