I’ve just moved to Largo, FL and I was in need of lab work. Having used Quest in MA I thought it would be my best option to get it on 2nd Ave SW near my home. My appointment was scheduled the day prior, at 10:50 AM. I got a call later in the afternoon, the day I scheduled, from my husband’s doctor indicating they needed him to have a cardiac test which would have interfered with my blood work appointment at 10:50. I've been a walk-in several times & so has my friend who referred me & we've never been kept waiting more than 5-10 minutes at the most. Sometimes there's been no wait at all so we don't even bother making appointments. The staff is so nice & professional but i see these reviews are old so i guess they made some changes!
Rude, slow, busy, understaffed, dirty and over all an awful experience. And it's been over a week with no results. Go to Lab Corp instead if you can.
The Lady at the Front desk that checks you in is VERY RUDE!!!! She will ask you if you have an appointment to have your blood drawn and if your reply is NO. She asks you in a very Snooty attitude "Well, WHY NOT?" if you reply that you were not aware that Walk In's are not Welcome she will answer you: Well, we have NO IDEA how many patients we will have if you DON"T have an appointment!! I have NEVER been more uncomfortable in a Office Setting as I was yesterday in this office for my Blood Draw. I hope this Lady gets a Good T... read more
