My appointment was very quick, and the online check-in made it extremely efficient and easy to check-in. My lab tech was very professional and courteous.
Professional and efficient. easy check in via a link. come in than wait to be called. You can also watch a screen for your name. They are very good at drawing blood quickly with minimal pain. This is where we usually go to get our blood drawn and they are great. Keep up the great work.
They are really nice and good at what they do! Way better than the Azle location. Their waiting room is always hot though. They have 3 fans going and it’s been this way since last year. I’m not sure if the air is now working for the waiting area, but that’s the only downside. It’s Texas and it’s hot.
