Came for several tests last week. I received a call from the phlebotomist that they messed up my test and I needed to come back. She said I didn't need to make an appointment, they would know to expect me. I returned and had to bring my 9 month old baby with me, expecting to be in and out. We are 30 minutes into the wait and they said that the phlebotomist is on vacation and can't help me.
The staff are super friendly and really took care of my 1 year old baby during his blood work!
Quick and easy. So much more affordable than getting blood work from the doctor's office, especially when certain test isn't covered by the insurance.
I was gonna say positive things at first bcs i was seen on time but looking at my arm couple hrs later i must say the worst blood work i have ever had done!! My arm is all colors and those ppl could care less about their techniques. I made an appointment and was seen on time which i was very happy about. Staff is not friendly but I didnt experience anyone rude, just maybe annoyed or tired. I wish the phlebotomist actually cared about the way she sticks people bcs she shoved the needle in so hard that at first I was like its ... read more
