The staff is very polite, curious and very professional in what they do and taking care of us the patients. The service is excellent you are in and out in no time which is great.
Fast and efficient! Clean and Fran was amazing! Kind and gentle and treated me with respect!
I use the Quest app to schedule appointments, set a Fasting reminder, enter my Insurance information, and Check In. This keeps my wait time shorter, and speeds up my visit.
Always a great experience at Quest Lake Placid location. I drive from Sebring which says a lot when there are other labs in my area. I want to add that I was new to the area when I visited this location first and have never felt the need to look elsewhere. A shout out to Fran who knows how to use that needle!
