We continue to be impressed with the talents of the Nurse running this site. She runs non-stop on some days and yet manages to treat us as if we are the only patient she has to see. The blood draw was painless and quick. Nice work! Update: Crystal continues to be our primary reason for using Quest services for our lab test needs.

Been to this location a few times & it’s always a pleasant experience. Very sweet young lady, Crystal, she does her best. We have to be mindful that here it’s only ONE person running the entire office so it’s best to make an appointment because once it’s booked up it is difficult for a walk-in to be serviced since appointments are priority. The tech was kind and knowledgeable. She thoroughly went over what would be covered by my insurance and helped me make decisions about my tests. She was very skilled at drawing blood. I have small veins and, usually, do not have a comfortable experience. However, this time, I barely felt it. She was very attentive, asking me if I was OK during the blood draw and showing genuine care.
