Technician was very helpful and extremely pleasant.
My provider had not sent in my labs. I was able to go next door and get them and the phlebotomist held my appointment for me. I have very thin veins and she gets them the first time with no problems- I don’t feel a thing! She is very pleasant and personable too.
It’s impossible to get in contact with an actual human, the robot hangs up on you with whatever option you select
I was apprehensive at first. I am a difficult draw and using a new lab after 15 years was a little stressful. But my fears were immediately laid to rest. The technition was prompt, friendly, and most important, professional. She knew exactly what to do and how to do it pain free; I didnot feel a thing. I have found my new lab.
