Great process. Gabby drew my blood and was excellent.
Convenient to home in Laguna Niguel. Easy to park near the entrance (right, back corner of bldg). Staff very friendly & professional. Having an appointment meant minimal wait.
My little son and I went to this Quest location, and I was honestly surprised by how clean it was. Everyone was so friendly. One of the staff members named Gabby really did an amazing job—my son didn’t even cry, and when he came out, he said it didn’t hurt at all! He’s only 7 years old, so that really means a lot. I’m truly thankful. Everything was so quick, organized, and on time.
I walked in, checked in on my phone and was called a couple minutes later. I was out again in a couple minutes. Fastest testing appointment ever.
