Because of the reviews I was hesitant to come here, however once I arrived I signed as a walk in and literally within five minutes my name was called. Bonnie did an excellent job and was really friendly. From what I saw they seemed to have plenty staff and work efficiently. I think this place needs more credit than what they get. No one really loves getting their blood taken, but its not the workers fault. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience and would recommend this location!
Came at 11:30 am and it was closed. But the door was open. I walked in and signed in. A lady cam out and told me that she was closed until 12:15. On the door it ready closed from 11:00 to 12:00. She didn’t open again until after 12:30. There was other people waiting by the door. When I walked in I asked if I had to sign in again. And I was told that I would have to sign in again. By then other people had singed in. So now I have been waiting for almost 2 hours and still Waiting. I do not recommend this place at all.
I GIVE NEGATIVE STARS FOR THIS LAB. MY 90 YEAR MOTHER WAS KEPT WAITING 15 MINUTES AFTER HER APPOINTMENT TIME EVEN THOUGH NO OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE IN THE OFFICE. HER APPOINTMENT WAS NOT LOGGED IN THE SYSTEM AND I DON'T KNOW THAT HER BLOOD WAS EVEN SENT TO THE LAB AS NO RESULTS SHOW ON HER ONLINE ACCOUNT. QUEST ONLINE ONLY RESPONDS TO MY QUESTIONS BY REFERRING ME TO BILLING.. THEIR AUTOMATED EMAIL RESPONSE SYSTEM IS TOTALLY USELESS. WILL NOT BE USING THIS QUEST OFFICE EVER AGAIN. I do not even want to give them 1 star, but to give my views I had to. It's the most ruthless diagnostic lab. The staff is very rude. Gloria especially is so rude and the attitude shows that she doesn't care for the patients and their needs. Waiting time even to just drop off specimens takes half an hour. There is no receptionist to help nor do they have drop off box as additional facility. People like me have to go to work. Cannot wait for 30 to 45 minutes just to drop off.
