My nurse was great. She made me feel super comfortable.
My tech had to ask someone else which tubes to use to take the bloodwork for the labs my physician requested. It has been 8 days with two messaged requests to Quest. No response. I also had a bruise on the inner arm which covered from one side to the other. It is still there. It was a terrible experience.
I recently went to Quest Diagnostics and did my blood work. The center is very close to my home and easily accessible. I made an appointment with them online the day before my appointment. I was called in a couple of minutes after I arrived. The technician was efficient and was able to do everything within a few minutes. I am very satisfied with the visit.
