I went to the kiosk late for my 7 AM appointment and entered all my information. I accepted a 1:00 PM appointment and the kiosk left a message that it lost Internet and to let the staff know. But no staff was available in the waiting room and would not respond to the knock on the door. I came back to the 1:00 PM appointment and arrived at 12 PM. I had my appointment set for a month ago. I was there on time and did the online checking as instructed. I saw my name on the board and then it was taken away. They called 4-5 patients first before listening my complaints that my appointment was at 6:10 am. The staff at that location was dismissive at that location even condescending. The phlebotomist that did my blood work in particular recommended me to do an appointment next time if I want to leave early, she gave me a business card indicating how to create an account. the lady at the front desk named MARTA was so rude. my mom was asked to come in to deliver something from her test results and marta started screaming in front of everyone saying “i can’t take that, i have other patients”. literally screaming. this other lady came to help my mom and was very polite. we called hr and they said they would look into it cus this is not the first complaint. marta if you’re reading this YOU SUCK
