The employees at the Kirkwood location are the worst most rude and unhelpful people I’ve ever done across. They are worse than any DMV employee I’ve ever come across. I took off work, made sure I fasted, made sure I had all my paperwork, coordinated appointment with my husband 2.5 weeks in advance only to he told while i was sitting there that she thinks she saw an email that said no blood to be drawn the day before Thanksgiving.😳😳 I said I’m sure it was an error or misunderstanding. Terrible experience, go anywhere else. They don't honor appointments, they don't enforce the mask policy, they are unapologetic about all of this. Their process is a joke. Don't expect your appointment time to mean anything. Don't expect that if you are "Next" on the board that you will be. I was skipped over and not taken back until over 30 minutes past my appointment time. This place is a train-wreck.
