The staff was so friendly and respectful, despite encountering rude people, they maintained their professionalism. I was allowed to check in on my cell phone, and the wait time was about 15-20 minutes. I was in and out in about 30 minutes total.
This morning had to get normal Dr ordered blood work. One Quest location had 19 people waiting went to another location there was 5 people waiting. The greeter person had a welcoming smile, was helpful to an elderly woman and to me. Appreciated it so much. The person whom did the blood work with me she was a ray of sunshine, very good at her skills and we also shared a laugh. I will from now on be going there for all my blood work/labs need. Thank you.
Appointment times mean nothing, made appointment on the website online and which test I needed. The lady who said my name asked which test and said “I don’t do that test wait here” 25 minutes later…. No one gets me, and the lady broke HIPPA by yelling in front of the lobby “there’s only one person here doing the employment drug tests”. The actual lady who administered the drug test was lovely though, wish everyone else who works there followed her example
