I would like to say that the staff was nothing but amazing. I didn't have an appointment so I waited until they had an opening. While waiting, I saw how calm and professional the staff was. There were quite a few unhappy people. I listened to a lot of complaints about the wait and how they had somewhere to be. Those complaining did not have an appointment 🤷‍♀️ This location could use a receptionist so that those who are working don't have to stop what they're doing to answer questions or help, which causes a delay. This review is regarding Maya and the Hispanic lady (I did not get her name) at this location. I brought my son in to get labs done on Wednesday 30th, 2025 and I did not have an appt. There was not a lot of people (surprisingly) so I checked in and waited. I was given an estimated wait time of about 2 hrs, but since I did not see a lot of people in the lobby, I figured it was going to be less. We ended up waiting less than an hour. I thought after many bad reviews the would do better now!!!! Nooo, don’t go there, there is no point in setting an appointment if they won’t call you at your time and instead pass people in front of you from later appointments. And when I went to the lady and ask, she wouldn’t pay attention to me because she was busy on her cellphone. I believe Cynthia was my phlebotomist and she was great! I have very small veins and she got it the first time and it didn't hurt or leave a bruise. I get blood work every 4 weeks for Cushings syndrome.

I feel like the use of technology at this location could be improved. I got there at 11:50 for my 12:00 appt and checked in. It was crowded in the waiting room, so I stood outside for a bit. 40 minutes later, I decided to go to my car to wait. I finally got a text saying I would be called soon, so I went directly inside.
